DEVCO Housing Co-operative Society Limited (DHCSL) was registered on 12th August 2015 as a Society in the Republic of Kenya under Certificate of Registration number CS/18668.
DHCSL offers a number of services to members including:
- Acting as agent in property business.
- Value addition development services including road works, water and electricity reticulation.
- Construction of residential houses and commercial centres.
- Financing members to acquire and develop real estate.
