School Fee Loan
This loan is available to members for the purpose of meeting education costs. The loan is payable within 12 months.
Quick Cash Loan
This loan is available to members for short term needs. Repayable in 3 months it offers the convenience of immediate cash hence the name.
Emergency Loan
This loan is available to members to mitigate unforeseen occurrences such as sickness, death, court fines among others. It is payable in 12 months.
Normal Loan
This is a long term available to members for development purposes and is payable in 60 months.
Premium Loan
This loan is available to members who desire a longer repayment period of 72 months and have build a solid deposit base.
Refinancing Loan
This loan is available to members with a good credit history wishing to top-up existing loans before expiry of the term.
Karibu Loan
This loan is available to members joining Devco from other Saccos; giving them an opportunity to meet their financial needs.
College Loan
This loan is available to members to finance higher learning education costs for themselves or their dependants. Payable in 24 months, the loan offers members an opportunity to access quality education.
Our Saving Products
Mstaafu
A product for Retired/senior members who have since left employment and do not intend withdraw from the Sacco. The savings may be used to self-guarantee the members’ loans.
Minimum annual contribution of Kshs 24,000.
Junior Savings
Savings for children from birth to 18 years.
Minimum deposit is Kshs 1,000 monthly or Kshs 12,000 annually.
